Jacka ale následně za tajemných okolností srazí autobus. Ten ale během párty konané na počest uzdravení zabrnká na kytaru slavnou skladbu Yesterday od Beatles, přičemž se jeho přátelé chovají, jako by skladbu slyšeli poprvé v životě. Stejně se ale chová i internet. Beatles jako by nikdy neexistovali a Jack vycítí příležitost, která vyústí až v předskakování Edu Sheeranovi (který hraje ve filmu sám sebe). Jackovi však kalí radost dvě drobnosti - vědomí, že se dopouští podvodu a ztráta Ellie, která má zlomené srdce. (CinemArt)
