Hudební hvězda světového formátu a držitel Grammy Justin Bieber vydává v pořadí páté studiové album Changes, které vyjde 14. února. „Tohle album bude úplně jiné už jenom proto, v jaké životní fázi se právě nacházím,” přibližuje Bieber. Hudebně by se deska měla točit kolem „futuristického” R&B-popu a trapově-soulových samplů.
Nové album, které plně potvrzuje Justinův návrat na scénu, bylo předznamenáno singlem Yummy, který byl první vydanou autorskou nahrávkou po třech letech. Singl si připsal přes 300 milionů streamů.
Justin Bieber má na svém kontě přes neuvěřitelných 50 miliard streamů, více než 60 milionů prodaných kopií svých alb a bezpočet platinových certifikací, přičemž jeho legendární singl Baby obdržel certifikaci dokonce diamantovou a stal se nejúspěšnějším singlem všech dob. Za své nejúspěšnější album PURPOSE, kterého se prodalo přes 21 milionů kusů, získal v roce 2015 dokonce Grammy. Tři hlavní singly z alba, mezi které patří například Love Yourself, obsadily první tři příčky britských žebříčků, což se do té doby podařilo pouze Beatles.
I když Bieber v posledních třech letech nevydal žádnou vlastní skladbu, podílel se na dílech jiných interpretů, ze kterých se i díky spolupráci s ním okamžitě staly hity - za všechny jmenujme singl I Don't Care s Edem Sheeranem, který se dlouho držel na první příčce ve 26 zemích světa, remix singlu Bad Guy od Billie Eilish, který opětovně zlomil své vlastní rekordy a především remix Despacita, který k singlu přitáhl pozornost potřebnou k tomu, aby se originální verze stala nejsledovanějším videem na YouTube.
